Millville Community Market, Inc.

The Millville Community Market, Inc. is a farmers' market operated at the Millville Community Center in Woodford County Sundays 11:30-3:00 April-October.  In search of those home-grown, burst of sun-sweetened strawberries or blackberries? How about a jar of amber, rich honey extracted from hives just over the hill? A Sunday drive will lead you to us after passing picturesque horse farms on the Bourbon Trail between Woodford Reserve & Castle & Key distilleries.

We are excited to be Kentucky Proud!

Produce and Products

Our farmers strive to provide fresh, locally grown, seasonal fruits and vegetables to our customers. While you never know what might be brought to the Market, you can always count on finding delicious produce and products. Look for lettuces, spinach, kale, microgreens, berries, onions, and garlic in the spring. Next, beans, beets, tomatoes, corn, and watermelon make their appearance in the summer. Pumpkins, gourds and fall greens and collards complete our season.  Additionally, you'll find farm fresh eggs and locally grown flowers. Our market also supports local artisans.

Support our Mission

Our mission is to both revitalize our local economy and improve food resources in the surrounding rural community. We seek to support local farmers and artisans by providing a venue where crops, creations, and value-added products can be sold directly to customers. We know this is possible through neighbors supporting our farmers. But our Market doesn't just serve as a farmers' market venue. We  also offer educational workshops, seasonal events. We also contribute financially to repair and upkeep of the Millville Community Center, knowing this a vital resource to our community. Lastly we extend support to neighbors in times of need by participating in relief drives, offering a hot meal and through this pandemic, provide non-perishable food items, baby and pet supplies to those in need.

In short, it's all about promote local, serve local, sustain local.

The Market is a charitable corporation which is recognized as a 501(c)(3) charity.  We accept your tax-deductible donations to fund our mission of supporting our community.

We rely on the generous contributions of supporters like you to help us on behalf of local agriculture and small business in Woodford County. Your gift helps us preserve and strengthen local farms and build thriving communities.
